San Francisco is one of the most beautiful cities in the United states. I love the vibe of this city. The weather is pretty much mild throughout the year, however its a very windy city and its highly recommended to carry a light jacket no matter the season. I have curated a list with the Top 5 places to see in San Francisco in a day. Hope you find this helpful for your next visit.

1) Twin Peaks

You can start your day from twin peaks, if you're an early riser I would definitely recommend you to go watch the sunrise at this point its incredibly beautiful. Twin peaks is located at a higher altitude and displays a gorgeous view of the entire city of San Francisco.

2) Lombard street

You cannot miss the famous Lombard street if you're in SF. Lombard street is known to be the worlds most crooked street. You can drive through this street, I can't believe people actually have houses located on this street. I have added this as a second stop in the itinerary as its not quite far from twin peaks.

3) Golden gate bridge from Batter spencer

Well the historic golden gate bridge is a must visit spot and to be honest you can view this bridge from multiple viewpoints. This red colored bridge was known to be the largest long span bridge across the world in 1937. Its a historic structure and is the heart of San Francisco. Out of all the viewpoints I think batter spencer gives you the best view of the golden gate along with the downtown SF view in the background. If you have sometime time on your plate you can check out other view points like the golden gate vista point, golden gate overlook and fort baker. The sunsets at fort baker along with the golden gate bridge in the background is undeniably beautiful.

4) Marshalls beach

Next stop is Marshalls beach if you want to get those beach vibes you should definitely visit this beach. It's such a peaceful place and is not usually crowded like the other beaches in SF. You also get a picturesque view of the golden gate in the background and I highly recommend it.

5) Pier 39

Last stop in our itinerary is Pier 39. I would highly recommend you to end your day at this place. The entire area is so LIT. Its filled with cocktail bars, seafood restaurants and shopping outlets. One of my favorite bars here is the Wipeout bar and grill. The cocktails here are huge and amazing. You can also walk around the area and shop for fancy SF souvenirs.

These places are estimated to be covered in a day. There are many more places that you can see in SF if you have more time on your plate. Feel free to reach out for any questions and also to add your feedback in the comments below.
